Today, for the first day since I started, my legs weren't incredibly sore. I got out of bed feeling like I could actually make it to the living room without pain killers.
The workout went well, too. I've unlocked extra repetitions in lunges, but I'm going to hold off for another day to make sure my thighs won't kill me again. I've got extra reps in "Push-ups and Side Planks", too, but I'm not doing them correctly yet, so that will wait, too.
Unfortunately, my weight went back up. I ate too much at a Cici's Pizza. Ah, well. I'm concentrating on the workout, not my weight. For now.
On the plus side, I managed two real push-ups today! Not the lame, on-your-knees kind; the Marine-style, straight-backed, nose-to-the-floor kind! With luck, I'll be able to get all 6 soon!
