Ugh. I went to a party last night, and I ate way to many potato chips with too much dip. My tummy is not feeling so good.
Wii Fit knows. My BMI shot up to an all-time high. Double ugh.
Today's workout really stank. My stomach was always in my way; I'm never overeating at night again! I unlocked my final strength exercise, "Single-Arm Stand", during my yoga stretch. Essentially, you lay down and stand up while you hold the Wii remote straight up in the air. How pathetic am I? So pathetic I can't even stand up six times without getting winded!
Eri (my wife) says I'm working out too long. I argued, but eventually came to realize she's correct. I'm going for nearly two hours at a time! Luckily, Wii Fit groups the yoga and strength exercises together in compatible groups. I made a listing of all the groups, and I'll do about half of them every day.
- Single Leg Extension
- Standing Knee
- Dance
- Lunge
- Warrior
- Rowing Squat
- Chair
- Single-Leg Twist
- Half-Moon
- Sideways Leg Lift
- Sun Salutation
- Single-Arm Stand
- Tree
Legs/Back
- Push-up and Side Plank
- Downward Facing Dog
- Torso Twist
- Triangle
- Jackknife
- Bridge
- Spinal Twist
- Plank
- Cobra
- Tricep Extension
- Palm Tree
- Arm and Leg Lift
- Shoulder Stand
Arms/Abs
All the strength exercises and all the yoga poses are covered. I might have to rearrange some of the groups. In particular, I'm not sure where to put the Single-Arm Stand. But splitting stuff up like this will mean I don't have to wake up nearly so early!
