My left shin has been hurting, so I've been slacking off. Shin pain is what caused me to quit track in high school, and I don't want it to stop me now.
This morning I got back on the ball. I took my run, and although I had some stiffness, the shin was more-or-less fine. It was a little sore, and my right knee was starting to twinge, but otherwise no great pains.
Exhaustion, sure. Plenty of that. Whew! What a run!
It doesn't help that my Palm keeps messing up. It's bouncing around in my pocket, which it occasionally detects as a touch on the screen, stopping the alarm. If I miss it, I keep right on running or walking, messing up my intervals.
I tried PalmRunner, but it wouldn't let me enter anything on my Treo. That meant I would only get one repeat, which makes it just about useless for me.
If I can't find something that'll do the job, I'll either have to program something myself, or build a strap to carry the Palm on my arm. I don't particularly like either option.
