I took another break over the Independence Day holiday. My left shin has been hurting, and I don't want to aggravate it.
I would have run this morning, but I went to bed really late last night.
And I would work out tomorrow, but somebody stole my Wii.
It's not like I need the Wii to work out: that elastic band will still provide resistance, and I can do lunges without the nunchuck strapped to my thigh. I'm just sure I won't push myself nearly as hard, and definitely not as well.
Maybe I'll just run instead.
