Somehow, despite eating all kinds of sweets yesterday, I managed to lose 2.6 pounds this morning. Doubling my arms/abs workout seems to be getting results, too: all my push-ups were good except the last one.
Perhaps the biggest indicator of success today was my blood pressure. I gave blood about two hours after my workout, and my blood pressure had dropped from its usual 115/70 to 90/60!
Wii Fit didn't think I was doing so well, mostly because of a botched stillness test. My Wii Fit Age was 38. But I'm back below my old goal, and my blood pressure is down! In my book, that's success!
