Something is wrong. I did arms today, and I felt like I couldn't complete the push-ups. I should be getting stronger, not weaker! My workout hasn't changed, but it seems much more difficult than usual.
Maybe I'm still sick. Eri's illness went from a common cold to severe coughing (I think she has bacterial bronchitis); I'm having minor coughing, but perhaps I just don't feel it yet? Or maybe I shouldn't have taken that day off from frustration.
Maybe it's because I gained an extra 1.1 pounds?
Tomorrow is legs day. We'll see if it gets better. At least my Wii Fit age is still below 40, and my weight is still below 290!
