Today I'm sick of sickness. For the first time in five straight weeks I'm going to take a day off.
It's not all that bad, either: slightly stuffy nose, post-nasal drip leading to a sore throat. I'm not dying or anything. But I'm still really tired.
So much so that I slept through my alarm yesterday. Instead of getting the strength workout I should have, I settled for 30 minutes of aerobics just before bedtime.
So today I'm going to take a rest, get some sleep, and try to relax. I'm not even going to think about exercising.
But I will take the Wii Fit body test so it doesn't mess up my perfect record.
