Eri's not happy with how long my workouts are taking. She feels like I'm not helping her get the kids ready for school. (I feel the kids should be able to get ready on their own, but that discussion is a topic for a different website.)
We both think the best workout would include strength and aerobic training, with stretching beforehand, and incorporate occasional breaks to allow the body to rejuvenate.
So, twice a week, probably Mondays and Thursdays, I'll be taking a break. And by "break", we mean "30 minutes of aerobics".
Today I tried the Free Run while watching Doctor Who. I didn't have any problems while I was running, but I nearly fell over when it was done.
I also forgot to take my body test. Oh, no.
