My mother-in-law went to the hospital with a broken hip, so my Week 7 was delayed. Week 7 is all 25-minute runs; I figured that after a week off, I'd better go back and repeat Week 6.
Week 6 is two days of intervals, followed by a 25-minute run. And I ran the whole time!
Because one of my daughters needed a ride to school, I modified my course. I underestimated how far I'd be running, and wound up going once around the cul-de-sac to make up the extra time. But I ran for 25 minutes straight!
