This morning was my strength workout. I had to rush, because I was supposed to take a daughter to school.
I was hoping for some improvement, but I could still only do 13 push-ups. I figured that to improve, I needed to do more, so once I finished my other challenges I tried again. I only managed 6, but at least it's something. I think I'll modify my workout to include two shots at the Push-Up Challenge.
I donated blood today, so I won't be running tomorrow. A justifiable excuse for slacking! Yay!
